The Arc Gloucester And "Ballroom Dancing for a Better U " present "Health & Wellness Through Ballroom Dancing" classes!

Work with professional dance instructors to learn fun and exciting dances.  Ballroom dance provides a tremendous amount of health benefits such as toning and strengthening muscles, conditioning the body, maintaining bone density, improving mental health & reducing chances of dementia all while burning calories!

GeneLaPierre of LaPierre Ballroom Dance Studio and Director & Founder of "Ballroom Dancing for a Better U" along with his team conducts ballroom dancing classes at The Arc Gloucester's Sunshine Inn at Camp Sun ‘N Fun every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 10:00am-11:00am. Over the past few months our students have learned the Tango, Merengue, Fox Trot, and Hustle! Anyone can participate and join in at any time! The cost is $15.00 per person per class – Call 856-848-8648 to Register.  To learn more about the program, listen to a recent episode of The Arc Report with guests GeneLaPierre and Louise McCarthy, The Arc Gloucester Development Specialist.
