The Arc Gloucester is proud to announce the promotion of Lisa Conley to Chief Executive Officer.
Lisa began her career with The Arc Gloucester in 1991 as Confidential Secretary. Throughout her 30 years with The Arc Gloucester, she has held various positions in Administration and Leadership, including Executive Secretary, Director of Public Affairs, Assistant Executive Director of Family Supports and Public Affairs and Interim CEO. She holds both a B.A. and a Graduate Certification in Communication Studiesfrom Rowan University.
Lisa’s commitment to The Arc Gloucester displays itself in her selfless dedication to the individuals we serve. Lisa’s passion and love for the agency is evident through her unwavering support for our Mission, Vision and values. She works diligently to ensure the families we serve are supported and the Mission, Vision and values are communicated effectively. Though she is humble about her many accomplishments over the years, her co-workers, past and present, speak highly of her, echoing much of the above characteristics with admiration.
