Saturday Drop-Off Program

What is it?  Funded through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) the Saturday Drop-Off Program provides individuals with developmental disabilities, living in their own homes with uncompensated caregivers, the opportunity to enjoy a brief period of respite from the routine care of the individual with developmental disabilities.  The program currently operates on three Saturdays each month:  two at the Woodbury Adult Training Center on North Broad Street in Woodbury and one Saturday at the Chestnut Ridge Adult Training Center on Tuckahoe Road in Turnersville.  Families will be required to transport their family member to and from the program.  The program operates from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.  Children and adults are together with separate activities planned accordingly.  Participants may arrive as early as 9:30 am and depart as late as 3:30 pm.

Who is eligible?  Individuals age 5 through adult who are registered with DDD.  The program qualified for Real Life Choices budgets.
