The Arc Gloucester is a non-profit organization serving people with intellectual and related developmental disabilities and their families through education, advocacy and direct service.  The Vision of The Arc Gloucester is to enhance the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and related developmental disabilities thereby resulting in a improved quality of life for the families.
