5oth Anniversary

Thursday, April 19th, 2007 – The Arc Gloucester celebrated its 50th Anniversary in honor of the 15 founding members who started the unit back in 1957. They will be remembered for not only for their vision, but their dedication and hard work to create foundation to build upon for the future. Because of their efforts there are currently 14 group homes, 2 apartment complexes, a supportive living program, and eight weeks at Camp Sun ‘N Fun. Day services include four training sites: a bakery, copy center, thrift shop, and book exchange.
